LYON - 25.01.2017
A FAIRY-LIKE SETTING TO CELEBRATE 30 YEARS OF THE BOCUSE D'OR GALA
— CONTEXT —
Every two years, the SIRHA show ends with a fairy-like evening to celebrate the Bocuse d’Or – an unmissable event in world gastronomy. The 2017 gala is the flagship event celebrating 30 years of the Bocuse d’Or – an opportunity to celebrate 30 years of culinary expertise, as well as celebrating all the chefs who have been awarded prizes over the last three decades.
— REQUIREMENT —
Following on from the 2015 edition, GL Events Audiovisual once again places its trust in TETRO and appoints it to stage the gala evening. The idea is to innovatively and creatively showcase 30 years of the Bocuse d’Or in a modern setting.
— APPROACH DEVELOPED —
TETRO pulled out all the stops and creates an outstanding contemporary show. The agency come up with an artistic approach to the event, paying tribute to the 41 prize-winning chefs who have made their mark over the last 30 years of this international competition. Our team showcases the ceremony with a grandiose design and artistic show. Twenty-three metres of white tulle curtain are fashioned, images are created and projected onto the venue's surfaces, chandeliers are made and all the tables decorated in the most sophisticated way possible – the minutest detail is considered to ensure a result that was both magical and elegant. The evening helds at the Sucrière building in Lyon. It features numerous artistic numbers, all orchestrated by TETRO and based on the pieces developed by the 7 Doigts de la Main circus collective, the Lyon Maison de Danse, the Spirito chamber choir, etc.
